Chad W. Page is a mission-driven operations executive, veteran advocate, and civic leader known for building strong teams, strengthening community partnerships, and delivering measurable outcomes for veterans and their families. A U.S. Navy and Navy Reserve veteran, he serves as 12th District Commander for the American Legion Department of Texas, Commander of American Legion Post 655, and a local resource partner with America250, and Founder and Executive Director of Patriot Impact Networks.
As 12th District Commander, Chad provides leadership across 11 American Legion Post and advocates for just over 100,000 veterans in Tarrant County. He works with local, state, and federal partners to expand veteran support, strengthen community collaboration, and advance initiatives focused on leadership development, service, and Americanism. His district-wide leadership emphasizes practical results, organizational accountability, and long-term community impact.
As Commander of American Legion Post 655, Chad leads an American Legion Family centered on the principle of Veterans Still Serving America. Under his leadership, Post 655 focuses on measurable service through veteran support, youth engagement, community service, leadership development, and civic participation. He is also leading a Leadership Improvement Program across Post 655 and the 12th District to strengthen coaching, accountability, succession planning, and leadership consistency.
Chad is also the Founder of Patriot Impact Networks (PIN), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that provides technology enablement, business support, leadership coaching, and organizational development assistance to veteran and non-veteran nonprofits. His private-sector and nonprofit background includes leading complex support and service organizations and managing budgets of up to $3.5 million, giving him a blend of operational discipline and mission-first leadership.
His leadership is reflected in measurable community impact across the 12th District, including 157,746+ volunteer hours contributed by the Legion Family, valued at nearly $5.3 million; 647 veteran support cases handled; $20,000 in direct aid distributed; 25,344 volunteer hours served at VA hospitals; 24 Be The One events that trained 408 members in mental health and suicide prevention awareness; 258 units of blood collected from 98 donors; and sponsorship of 75 Boys State delegates, representing an investment of $43,596 in youth leadership and Americanism.
As a local resource partner with America250, Chad helps connect veterans, civic leaders, and community organizations to opportunities that honor the nation’s history, promote civic engagement, and strengthen local participation in commemorating America’s 250th anniversary. He is also active in public advocacy, including recent engagement at the Texas House in support of Wreaths Across America.
Chad holds a B.A. in Business Administration/Management and a Master’s in Organizational Management, both from Western Governors University. Across every role, he remains committed to servant leadership, veteran advocacy, and building organizations that create lasting impact in the communities they serve.
